Jim Jacobus - Speaker
Jim Jacobus is this year's retreat speaker. He is husband to his wife Christie, father to his son Jason and business man. Jim loves the Lord and he and his family love serving others through Ten Ten Ministries, an organization he and his wife founded in 2005. Jim is a real world guy with real world insights we can apply to our real world lives. Earlier this year Jim kicked off The Man Up Challenge 2010 blog where men worldwide, himself included, are coming to challenge themselves and others to step up in their roles as men. How much?
The cost is $135 per person if you register on or before April 4, and $150 after April 5, the price includes lodging, meals and activities. What do I need to Bring?
Dress comfortably and don't forget to bring sheets, blankets, pillow and pillow case, towels, and toiletries; Bible; pens or pencils; insect repellent; flashlight; light jacket or sweatshirt; clothing for outdoor activities; snacks and drinks.
Where and What Time do I need to be there?
We will be staying at Pine Cove Camps at the Outback at Crier Creek. To get there take I-10 West. One mile past Columbus, take TX-71 West (Exit 695) toward La Grange/Austin. Go 10.5 miles. Turn right onto Papa Bear Lane at the Pine Cove Camps-Outback entrance. Please plan on arriving at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening. Please note: Dinner is on your own for Friday evening.
